Frequently Asked Questions
Account & Login
How do I log in for the first time?
When your account is created you'll receive an invitation email with a link to set your password. Click the link, choose a secure password, and you'll be taken to your dashboard. If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, choose the "Forgot password" option and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set a new password. The link is valid for a limited time, so use it soon after you receive it.
Can I change my email address?
You can update your name and language in your profile settings. To change the email address linked to your account, contact your dialogOS administrator or email support@dialogos.com.
Managing Members
How do I add a participant?
Open the Members area and enter the participant's name and email address. To add many people at once, use the import option and upload your list. Always double-check email addresses before saving.
Can a member belong to more than one group?
Yes. Groups are flexible — a single member can be part of as many groups as you need. This is useful when someone works across more than one team.
What's the difference between a member and a participant?
They refer to the same people. "Member" is the term used when managing your list; "participant" is used when those people take part in a specific campaign.
Campaigns
What is a campaign?
A campaign is an assessment you run for a group of participants over a set period. It has a start date, a deadline, and a list of invited participants.
How long should a campaign run?
Choose a window that gives people enough time to respond without losing momentum. A week or two is common, but you can set whatever timeline suits your situation.
Can I see who has responded?
Yes. The campaign overview shows you who has completed their assessment and who hasn't, so you can follow up where needed.
Invitations & Reminders
How are participants invited?
When you launch a campaign, each selected participant receives an email with a personal link to begin their assessment. The link is unique to them.
Can I send a reminder?
Yes. As the deadline approaches you can send a reminder to participants who haven't completed their assessment yet. Reminders only go to people who still need to respond.
A participant says they didn't get the invitation. What now?
Ask them to check their spam folder first. If it's still missing, confirm their email address is correct in the Members area, then resend the invitation.
Reports
When are reports available?
Reports become available once enough participants have completed their assessment. You'll find them in the reports section of the relevant campaign.
Can I download reports as PDFs?
Yes. Any individual or group report can be downloaded as a PDF so you can share, print, or store it.
What's the difference between individual and group reports?
An individual report covers one participant and is usually shared one-on-one. A group report summarizes results across a team and is useful for group conversations.
Privacy & Anonymity
Are individual responses confidential?
Where an assessment relies on feedback from colleagues, individual responses are kept confidential and shown only in aggregate. This protects the people giving feedback and encourages honest answers.
Where can I find the privacy policy?
The privacy policy is available on the dialogOS platform at dialogos.esperto.one/privacy. It explains which data is recorded and how it is used.
How do I request an overview of my data?
You can submit a GDPR access request through the platform to receive an overview of all recorded data. If you need help, email support@dialogos.com.
Technical Issues
Which browser should I use?
dialogOS works in any modern, up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. If something isn't displaying correctly, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
A page isn't loading correctly. What can I try?
Refresh the page first. If the problem continues, try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out a caching issue. If it still doesn't work, contact support with a description of what you see.
Who do I contact for technical help?
Email support@dialogos.com with a clear description of the issue, the page you were on, and a screenshot if possible. That helps us resolve it faster.
