View & Download Reports

Once a campaign has run, dialogOS turns the responses into clear reports. This guide shows you how to access individual and group reports, download them as PDFs, and explore your data.

Reports become available once enough participants have completed their assessment. Open the campaign and go to its reports section to see what's ready. You'll find both individual reports — one per participant — and group reports that summarize results across a team.

Download as PDF

Any report can be downloaded as a PDF so you can share it, print it, or store it. Open the report you want and choose the download option. Individual reports are typically shared one-on-one with the participant; group reports are useful for team conversations.

Explore your data

Beyond the standard reports, you can explore results within the platform — comparing groups, looking at trends, and drilling into specific themes. This helps you turn the assessment into a conversation rather than just a score.

A note on anonymity

Where assessments rely on feedback from colleagues, individual responses are kept confidential and are only shown in aggregate. This protects the people giving feedback and encourages honest answers.
